We will be responsible for following all administrative procedures and deal with all formalities to secure all necessary permits, reducing your risk and speeding up the development of your project
The overall following of administrative procedures includes a number of activities and stages to enable the effective and compliant development of commercial and mixed-use centres:

- Preparing a comprehensive project plan covering urban, architectural, infrastructural and environmental issues;
- Mediating and working with offices and other bodies responsible for issuing the opinions and decisions required for the development of a given project;
- Obtaining the necessary building and environmental permits and other legally required documentation to launch construction;
- Obtaining all permits and decisions required for the opening of the centre.
