- We worked with LCP to develop M Park Świdnik. We secured the land, we prepared the commercial concept, we obtained the administrative permits and negotiated the contract with the grocery operator

Piotr is the founder of REALM – Due to his experience of taking bold action in the development of commercial real estate, he is one of the industry’s leading experts in developing retail and mixed-use projects in Poland, their purchase and their sale.
From the start of his career, Piotr has built up his professional abilities starting from analysis and assessment of the potential of commercial real estate, assessing the legal standing (due diligence) and leading formal proceedings to obtain permits and administrative decisions. He has frequently been involved in the sale of land and of fully operating retail centres.
His superb knowledge of what makes the most effective site for the construction of a retail park or a mixed-use centre comes from his experience of working for retail developers as well as for companies investing in commercial real estate such as Napollo and Żabka Polska as well as for investment funds. By actively taking part in negotiations with property owners and with strategic tenants, Piotr has developed his abilities to determine intentions, motives and goals and has a well-refined business sense. This has paid off in the number of projects successfully launched and completed for REALM’s clients.
For many years, Piotr has formulated commercialisation strategies for retail centres. He has been responsible for actively finding tenants and for negotiating the terms and conditions of leases. He has also been involved in negotiations with property owners and with strategic tenants. He has been jointly responsible for drawing up essential sales and commercialisation documentation for real estate and he has worked with outside market advisors and with the representatives of REALM’s clients.
Currently, Piotr Kret is responsible for the management and coordination of the development and expansion team as well as for the commercialisation and investment management side of REALM’s business.
